Have Questions about Volunteering? We have the answers

Volunteers can pick-up their t-shirt at our Furry Scurry Expo on Friday, May 5th from 1:00pm-6:00pm at the Leslie A. Malone Center in Denver. Those who can't attend the Expo can pick-up their shirt at volunteer check-in the day of the event. A single-person changing tent will be available.

As the Furry Scurry is the League's largest fundraiser we do not waive registration fees for volunteers.

Unfortunately, no. All volunteers must be over the age of 16 regardless of whether or not a parent/guardian is present.

We will be hosting a pre-event, virtual training on Monday, April 24th from 12:00pm-1:00pm. This training is not required but is encouraged, especially for first time volunteers. Meeting link information will be emailed the week prior. Must already be registered as a volunteer to attend.

This volunteer event does not count towards court ordered or school community service. If you are needing community service hours, please email: csvolunteer@ddfl.org for information on enrolling in our community service program.
